Automatic temperature measuring and sampling equipment
Since temperature measurement and sampling of molten iron and steel is a harsh working environment, temperature measurement and sampling equipment has been increasingly automated.
We have commercialized this equipment based on the rich experience and technology of our long-time steel plant design team, and we are a manufacturer with a large delivery record.
The models introduced here are of typical structure, but we are confident that we can provide equipment that will surely satisfy you by designing a system that matches your needs and installation space.
Typical sampling method
Tilting elevation type
This structure tilts the guide frame toward the object to be measured and is suitable when the object to be measured is far from the work deck and there are interfering objects on the top.
Fixed elevation type
This structure raises and lowers the lance with a lifting drive unit, and is suitable when the height and space of the building are sufficient.
Furnace side swivel lift type
This is a method of measuring from the working hole of the electric furnace, and is designed to swivel to the standby side after measurement. This method is suitable when there are no restrictions on interfering objects on the working floor.
2-stage lift type
The lance is mounted on a guide frame and driven by a chain, so the lance is raised and lowered at twice the drive rate. Suitable for buildings with height restrictions.
Furnace side swivel bending and lifting type
This method of measuring from the working hole of the electric furnace has the same structure as the furnace side swivel lift type, but the lance is bent, making it suitable when there are restrictions on interfering objects on the working floor. This type is suitable for cases where there are restrictions on interfering objects on the working floor.
Furnace top swivel lift type
This method measures from the top of the furnace and pot, and is designed to swivel to the standby side after measurement. This method is suitable when there are no restrictions on the height of the building or surrounding obstructions.
Probe desorption device
Probe desorption equipment is generally installed on the operation floor and is used to cut probes out of the filling, automatically attach the probe required for the measurement purpose to the tip of the holder of the lance body for temperature measurement and sampling, and remove the probe after measurement, enabling the automatic removal and delivery of a bomb-type sample to the pneumatic tube.
